How it works
- Export your populated template as CSV (File → Save As → CSV) or use the .xlsx directly
- Items matched by LBC-SKU will be updated — stock, prices, and details refreshed
- Items with an LBC-SKU not yet in your inventory will be added as new items
- Rows with blank LBC-SKU or marked na- defect are skipped automatically
- Your existing images and sales records are never affected
How it works
- Choose whether to match images by LBC-SKU or Supplier SKU using the toggle below
- Name each image file after the chosen SKU, e.g.
LBC-BEE-2279.jpgorEAR-5576.jpg - Select as many images as you like in one go — any format (JPG, PNG, WEBP)
- Images are matched to inventory items automatically by filename
- If an item already has an image, it will be replaced with the new one
- Files with multiple inventory matches (e.g. same Supplier SKU across sizes) will update all matching items
Filename must match the LBC-SKU exactly, e.g. LBC-BEE-2279.jpg
Import from Shopify CSV
- Export your products from Shopify Admin → Products → Export as CSV
- Products are matched by Variant Barcode (LBC-SKU) first, then by Variant SKU
- Items already in your inventory will be updated with Shopify stock and price
- Items not yet in your inventory will be added — including the Italian/designer range
- For Italian range items, the item name is used as Supplier SKU automatically
- Shopify images are not imported (upload images separately via Bulk Image Upload)
